Enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984. The park has a particularly rich flora and fauna boasting more than 450 species of birds, 49 species of amphibians and reptiles besides countless insects, butterflies and moths.

Arrival in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by your tour guide at the airport and transferred to your hotel. After an hour rest, your tour guide will take you for a walk in the old city of Kathmandu. In the evening, free time on your own.

The Kathmandu valley is divided into three major cities Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. All of those major three cities have its own different Durbar Squares. Kathmandu Durbar Square lies in the heart of the capital. It consists of the Palaces, constructed from the 15th – 18th centuries, built by Newar Royal family Malla Dynasty.

The various temples and shrines are dedicated to different Hindu Gods and Goddesses. It is one of the tenth Cultural World Heritage Sites. The house of a living goddess “Kumari” is one of the major attractions of Kathmandu Durbar Square.

Our next visit is to Patan Durbar Square, situated in the center of Patan city, the residence of the former Patan royal family. The whole city is the home of the valley’s finest craftsmen since ancient time. Patan Durbar Square and its surroundings is good specimen of ancient Newari architecture.

In the early morning, we start with the full day guided sightseeing tour. We will visit Pashupatinath Temple, which is regarded as the most sacred temple of Hindu Lord Shiva. It’s astonishing architectural existence dates back to 400 A.D. Then we drive to Bhaktapur, “the City of Devotees”, situated 14km east of Kathmandu. This ancient city is actually the most popular city among all and legendary living museum from medieval time. This whole marvelous city is also called “the City of Culture” and “the Living Heritage”. It is also placed on the status of World Heritage Site.

About an hour drive from Bhaktapur, you will reach at Nagarkot, a popular tourist spot to view sunrise on the panoramic Himalayan mountain range also including Mount Everest, if the weather is clear. The sun set in the evening cannot be ignored for its own beauty overlooking to Kathmandu. You will spend overnight in your fascinating Resort hotel.

Early in the morning, wake up call for sun rise view, if the weather is clear. It is a dramatic view over crystal clear Himalayas. After breakfast, a hike will start from Nagarkot which lasts about four hour downhill to the ancient Hindu Temple, Changu Narayan. It is the oldest temple built in the 3rd century, decorated with some of the best samples of stone, wood, and metal craft. You will drive back to your hotel with your guide and free evening.

Today early in the morning, drive about 5/6 hours by comfortable coach to Chitwan National Park. You will be accompanied by your tour guide. It is worthwhile to drive through mountainous highway. You will pass through many ethinic villages, green lush valleys, eye catching Himalayan views and flora and fauna. The national park is a place for more than 300 of the endangered Asian one-horned rhinoceros. It is also a home for one of the largest populations of the elusive and rare Bengal tiger, over 43 species of mammals, over 450 species of birds, and more than 45 species of amphibians and reptiles.

Upon arrival, guests are taken to beautiful resorts followed by refreshment and a briefing about the lodge facilities and tour plan. Then after lunch, there will be slideshow presentation by a professional on the mammals, reptiles, birds, local people, village environment, flora and fauna, and natural history of the park. Later in the evening, you are taken off to a walk through villages to uncover the living style of local people.

After a wakeup call at dawn, tea or coffee will be served as per your choice. Then we head for a jungle walk with our experienced nature guide. Timing will vary depending on the season. Then we go for elephant safari in the Lamital area, come back, have lunch and take a ride on a traditional dugout canoe on the Rapti River to the Gharial Breeding Project. From the Gharial Breeding Project, walk through the jungle back to the lodge accompanied by a trained naturalist and a tracker. We come back to the lodge in the late afternoon, and at 7pm a tribal Tharu dance will be shown after which dinner will be served.

After an early breakfast, we will drive to Pokhara. It takes about 4/5 hours’ to arrive. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your splendid resort hotel and you will have a rest for an hour. Your guide will come to take you for a walking tour to lake side where you can enjoy boating on the lake. There are many souvenir shops and fine cuisine restaurants, where you can dine to taste Nepalese food. Come back to your resort hotel and free evening on your own.

We take an early morning drive to Sarangkot Hill to view the sunrise over the incredible view of Mt. Annapurna massif, Machhapuchre and Dhaulagiri. Then after breakfast, drive back to your hotel. In the afternoon we will drive a boat across the Fewa Lake and start an hour long hike to the World Peace Buddhist Stupa with a stunning view of Pokhara valley. After about an hour, we go back to lake side and you can taste at the Nepali restaurant for finest Nepali cuisine with the beautiful Phewa Lake view.
